Shipping Locations

At this time, Bodywork Supply Co ships within the United States.

  • We ship to the contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii

  • We do not currently ship to U.S. territories, including Puerto Rico

  • International shipping is not available at this time

Processing Time

All orders are processed within [X–Y] business days after payment is received, excluding weekends and holidays.

Please note:

  • Processing time is separate from shipping transit time

Shipping Methods & Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order weight and size

  • Shipping destination

  • Selected shipping method

We primarily ship via USPS. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.

Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may have higher shipping costs and longer transit times. We do not subsidize shipping to these locations.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping charges to be reshipped

  • We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once an order is handed over to the carrier, delivery timelines are the responsibility of the shipping service.

If your package is:

  • Delayed: Please allow extra time, especially during peak seasons

  • Lost: Contact us and we will assist with a carrier claim if applicable

  • Damaged: Please contact us within [X] days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product

Returns Due to Shipping Issues

Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the error was made by us.

Returned packages due to refused delivery, incorrect addresses, or unclaimed shipments may be refunded minus original shipping costs.
